What does a townhome cost?
Two-bedroom, two-story townhomes of about 1,100 square feet start at $1,199/month based on current availability. The availability page always shows live pricing.
What lease terms are available?
Flexible terms from 12 to 36 months.
Is Yellow Pine pet friendly?
Yes! All pets must be registered and approved prior to move-in through an independent screening process. Approved pets are subject to a $25/month fee per pet plus a one-time non-refundable pet fee.
What does it cost to apply?
The application fee is $65 per applicant, and the security deposit equals one month’s rent.
What are your business hours?
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM.
How do I pay rent or request maintenance?
Both through the resident portal. For maintenance: from the Home or Maintenance tab, click Request Maintenance, describe the issue, add photos, grant entry permission, and submit.
How do I schedule a tour?
